Kita's Gentle Message: Rocky Mountain Low (Saturday, July 21, 2012)

There was an interesting article in the Globe and Mail about the state of Colorado today – reflecting on its maverick nature both in people and surroundings; a state that welcomes the individual and the eccentric; the freedom seeker and the rule breaker in the best sense of the word. And in the image of John Denver laughing in the sunshine, I always saw a golden Colorado. And now, I feel a great loss and sorrow for a place that was once America’s sanctuary in every sense of the word.
