Kita's Gentle Message: White Meat, Dark Meat (Saturday, October 6, 2012)

It seems to me that the essence of Thanksgiving – especially dinner – is whether you get the meat you like or not.  I’m a dark meat fan so if there are more than six people around the table, my chances at getting the turkey leg are slim.  I can feign politeness and say, “Oh, it doesn’t matter – whatever’s there…” but deep inside I’m crushed  as I may have to wait until Christmas for another stab at it.  I hope you get the kind you like and here’s wishing you a wonderful Thanksgiving.  Gobble, gobble…
