As one would expect there are a number of tribute articles to Dads this weekend being as it is “Father’s Day” tomorrow. I’ve just read the Globe and Mail’s Ian Brown’s moving piece about his Dad. He talks of a good father “tracking, guiding, monitoring, instructing…” then letting his children go and be who they are meant to be. My Dad was like that. And I shed a few tears thinking of him while I finished reading about Peter Brown - another Dad who happened to share the same birthday as my Tata – February 7.
